We started using JuicePlus instead of Dr. Sears polyphenol caps, before we understood about polyphenols. We don't know the correct dosage because there is no published ORAC value for Juice Plus. Dr. Sears said the ORAC value of JuicePlus is 3000 compared to the 8000 in Polyphenol Plus or SeaHealth Plus. I can't find a published ORAC value for Juice Plus. My opinion is that you are going to have to take more JuicePlus than the polyphenols to get the same effect and it will cost more.
